Works well with my Handspring 90 & Zire 72 with no problem at all. Best of all, you can hide any icon you want.

Can hide anything I want including ROM apps. With my T3, if I remember to leave it closed it works fine unless it sleeps, then it also requires a soft reboot. But this is worth it to get the non-used apps of my screen.

Works great on my Treo 600. The only constructive criticism I have is that graffiti down does not work.

I am very satisfied with this program, especially as it can hide programs, which I never use, but can not remove, as they are in the ROM (Tungsten T3). I have found one small problem: If I try to activate Invisible with the T3 in the extended screen mode, I get a fatal exception. When I slide it back and retry, it works normally. Maybe this is an item for the next upgrade?

I have been using this hack for a long time and love it--it has been used on a Handspring Visor, a Palm 505, a Treo 300 and now a Samsung I500. Worked with no problems on all of them. Thanks Horace!

Invisible works exactly as advertised, and works perfectly on my Sony Clie PEG-T615C (PalmOS 4.1). I registered it soon after downloading it. Instead of making the Invisible icon invisible, I use a security program to place a password requirement on the Invisible icon, and then I use Invisible to make the security program invisible! With this configuration, icons that are set to be invisible are still invisible after a soft reset. (I just tested again to make sure.) The password requirement also remains intact. I now feel MUCH more comfortable when friends want to play games on my Clie. I'm very happy! Thanks, Horace!

Works fine for me in the built-in launcher, but thats it. Does not work on other third party launchers at all. Nowadays most people are using third party launchers instead of the built-in one and this software will not make it unless it adds support for other launchers as well. Thumb down for me, I'm afraid.

Works great with my Visor Neo and it also even hides applications on my Springboard module! Does not work for me with other third-party launchers. You can also hide invisible itself, for that extra level of security. Just love it!

Works just fine with my Visor Pro.

Dear Horace, I LOVE your program! I've been looking for something like this since I first turned on my palm and realized that I no longer needed "Welcome". I downloaded a hack not long ago that was supposed to do the same thing as your app., but it didn't work, and I got no reply to my e-mail queries. I'd much rather have it as an app. than a hack anyway. I just leave Invisible visible on my launcher to make it easier to access. Sincerely, Jon Ruttenberg Oak Tree PT

Fantastic! This is one of the most useful apps that I have ever come across. Will be registering this now.

I just HATE that Welcome icon!! And looking at the DateBook, Memo, and To-Do icons drove me up the wall (why do they need to be in my application screen if I have them configured to open on one of the hard buttons?) I have been waiting for this app. since day one! Thanks! And thanks again.

An excellent program. I am using the Clie N700C, and want to hide those Japanese icons in the rom, and Invisible does just that! Great job!

This is a great utility but it needs a little work on the interface. A few simple things would really make this easier to use: 1) Alphabetize the application list 2) Allow the HW page up/down buttons to scroll the list 3) Support 'graffiti down' where you enter the first letter of the application's name and it automatically jumps to that section of the list. 4) This has nothing to do with the interface, but I was wondering if it's possible to tie the hiding of selected apps to the private records setting in the security app (i.e. only hide selected apps in the launcher if the user has set 'hide' or 'mask' private records) Other than that, this is an excellent application that performs a useful function.

Works magnificently. Why hadn't someone thought of this before? A great organizational tool. Worth every penny.
I use it with PhlegmHack (an enhanced freeware version of SwitchHack) where I specify all the hidden programs -- which are then available instantly IF ever needed.
The program is fine as is. But if there are to be additions, here are some suggestions for future versions: *Support for up/down hardkeys on Palm to improve navigation w/i Invisible. *Alphabetizing of installed apps in Invisible setup window to make them easier to find and act upon. *This would also allow support for Graffiti shortcuts (e.g., write P, go to programs starting with P). *Support for Launcher III (Invisible currently works only in the built-in Palm launcher). *A way to Show All installed apps, but then revert to the previous state in which SOME applications are hidden.

Despite fears that Invisible doesn't work on later versions of Handspring's 3.5 Palm OS....... well, it does!
Not only does it work but it is a brilliant organizational tool that is simple & quick to use. You need this.

Ever since I became aware of the fact that one can't delete or hide the annoying welcome icon, which enables anyone poking the stylus around a bit to efficiently screw up your digitizer, Ive been waiting for this app! I use the wonderful colauncher, wich renders many icons obsolete. Yep, this app is perfect in many ways! Will register soon... camel
