After trying a print server and was thinking about buying an expensive printer that hopefully would work, this marvelous piece of software allowed me to print with my SiPix A6 Pocket Pocket Printer.Outstanding!

A good application but the worst support I ever got. No reaction from the support team after several requests.

This is a very solid product that allows me to print out my telephone notes and house call notes from HanDBase and Word Smith with no mess and no tiny fonts, unlike the other Palm printing program which is more problematic that way. Has been updated through the years that I've used it. Tried just getting by with PrintBoy, as it is used for other medical programs, but rapidly re-loaded this one.

Printing on a PDA can't be justified (especially at this price) when I normally print on the PC. I have never found myself in a situation where I thought; "Hey! I can print from my PDA...". That's simply because I don't need to. Meetings in your workplace or another company (or customer), at home or even at a friend's place. Everyone has a printer attached to a PC these days. Its just one of those nice-to-have's. Save your money and wait for (squeeze) the developer to cut the price...at least in half before considering this again.

Now that Docs2Go comes bundled with palmOne T series for instance, it is a great pity there is still no Docs2Go printing support for PalmPrint. It's a serious missing link in what is otherwise a fine product.

While the purchase price might seem a bit high at first, PalmPrint performs flawlessly with a wide variety of printers, and after trying the alternatives, I can tell you that it's worth the investment. It also works great with NSBasic applications, with only a single line of code! If you need to print directly from your Palm, you'll be hard-pressed to find another application that works as smoothly, at any price.

I am a junior high student and I use my Visor Platinum for just about everything. When I first started doing my homework on my Visor, I would occasionally forget to print my assignment before I came to school. One day, in Social Studies, another Palm user beamed me Palm Print while we were taking notes and every day before school, I go to the library and print all my assignments to the IR capable HP Lazer Jet. The only problem with Palm Print is that I would like to be able to print Address Book entries and schedules. Also, occasionally, the entries print out in a small column of text rather that full page which is kind of a waste of paper.

I've been extremely pleased since I found I could print from my Visor Prism to the old Canon BJC-80 irda printer that I had. I'm a health care provider and I use my Visor dozens of times a day, print daily appt. schedules, meetings, etc. I haven't run into any problems (knock on wood..), the printing is quick and accurate. Tried PrintBoy first because it was half the price, but got several fatal errors and quickly deleted it. So far, PalmPrint has been flawless.

works with most of my programs and more of them in newer releases. helped me out alot on a trip to New Orleans, where there was a printer in the hotel room and I could print out e-mails from the office that I needed the next day!

This program is excellent! It now means if I want to print somrthing off that i've written on my Palm at college, i can just point my Palm at the printer, hit print and out it comes - doesn't even appear on the print logs :-) heh heh.

What a fabulous utility! It works fine with my HP LaserJet 6P although I've yet to try with my Canon BJC-50, both on IR. The only drawback is with apps like Route - which could really do with a print option - that don't allow copying information to the clipboard. If there could be better integration it would be a killer app.

I purchased this program for my Palm V more than a month ago and have not been successful at printing to a single non-Ir printer. Several different cable and adapter combos have not worked. The theory is good, but unless you can actually get this program to work, it is not a useful app. I concede that this may be only my opinion, but I do feel the solution should be far more easy, and the information I found at the Steven's Creek site is severely lacking in its explanations.

review ... <BR> One of the major features Palm Computing ignored while designing their OS was to include printing capabilities that would have been an intuitive function given the new Infrared (IR) port in the Palm IIIs (and upgrades). But for who knows why or for what reasons, printing was left out. However, on the other hand, the great thing about the Palm OS is the versatile development platform, that allows companies like Stevens Creek Software to fill the missing "ink" (pun intended) with innovative programs like PalmPrint and SnailMailer. for the rest goto <A HREF="http://www.palmguru.com/reviews/review31699.html">http://www.palmguru.com/reviews/review31699.html</a><BR> thanks, the palmguru.
