Works perfect on my m500, no more annoying sound during hotsync, moreover, it eliminates the noise that is made when it is put in the cradle. Thanks Tim!

Finally a good freeware app to perform this simple but extrememly valuable function. This si especially valuable when developing a new application since this requires many repeated hotsyncs.
