Short description for RichReader Freeware 1.62: RichReader is a powerful and inexpensive Doc reader with formatting capabilities that most other readers can't match. The freeware version provides most of the same formatting capabilities except the enhanced font styles and sizes. Not only does the RichReader Freeware provide advanced features (such as screen rotation and wildcard search) that other shareware and commercial readers are lacking, but it is also free! However, the rich font styles and sizes of the full version of RichReader will convince you to purchase the shareware version. The following is a list of features which are COMMON to both versions: - COLOR TEXT! - Three styles of paragraph justification: Left, Center, Right - Long Word wrapping - Horizontal lines - Tables - Paragraph indenting: First Line and Left indenting. - Bookmarks - Up to 200. - Automatically created from Heading styles in Word and HTML. - Bookmarks attached to plain "Doc" files. - Manually added bookmarks. - Categories - Up to 30 user defined categories can be created. - Find - Search string can use wildcard characters - Case of letters is ignored - Rotate the View screen - Clockwise or Counter-clockwise 90°. - Windows conversion applications: - RRConverter.exe converters RTF, HTML, PDF, and TXT files. - RTF2Doc.exe and WRTF2Doc.exe for converting Word (RTF) files. - HTML2Doc.exe for converting HTML files. - PDFtoRR.exe for converting PDF files. - Linux conversion applications (emailed upon request). - Large and Small View Controls.
