Short description for QuietSync 1.0: QuietSync will mute the HotSync tones from your device. I was always annoyed by the hotsync tones, and couldn't find any similar apps that would work on my IIIx, so I quickly put this together. WARNING: QuietSync may also mute some alarams (if the HotSync application is active)!It works well with many third party alarms, such as the DateBk3 alarm handler, which isnot muted. It WILL mute the built in system alarm if HotSync is active. QuietSync is a hackmaster extension and requires hackmaster to run. Once hackmaster and QuietSync are installed, you can use HackMaster to enableQuietSync. QuietSync has no configuable options. QuietSync has been tested with OS 3.5. No problems have been identified.

QuietSync will mute the HotSync tones from your device.

I was always annoyed by the hotsync tones, and couldn't find any similar apps that would work on my IIIx, so I quickly put this together.

WARNING: QuietSync may also mute some alarams (if the HotSync application is active)! It works well with many third party alarms, such as the DateBk3 alarm handler, which is not muted. It WILL mute the built in system alarm if HotSync is active.

QuietSync is a hackmaster extension and requires hackmaster to run. Once hackmaster and QuietSync are installed, you can use HackMaster to enable QuietSync. QuietSync has no configuable options.

QuietSync has been tested with OS 3.5. No problems have been identified.
