I have been a registered user since version 1.1 was published and I have been extremely happy with this application. I just recently updated to this 3.05 version and WOW! what a difference. I feel that this is by far the best Poker application you could have on your PDA. I would also like to comment on how great the customer support is, whenever I have a concern they immediately respond answering your question throughly and has helped me out on any issues that I may have. I also give a shout out to the developers in this app, what a great app! There are some minor bugs on it but I know that the next updated version this will be fixed. The bug is: Whenever you leave a hand, and come back to it, your hand changes. But nothing too major. I have tried many other Poker applications but I still feel this is a great way to practice on your game. And you definately get your moneys worth. Thank you Real Dice!!!!

I'm not a skilled poker player, so I can't comment on the quality of the AI, other than to say that so far my opponents have been pretty conservative with a lot of folding and (I think) not too much bluffing. However, whatever they're doing works, as I haven't won at a table yet.

The interface is pretty good; the only thing is that I haven't yet found a way to leave a table before my hand is dealt. A new hand also gets dealt when you switch into history mode to read the log of the last hand -- kind of annoying.

I've made a few suggestions about how the help system could be improved, and the developers responded immediately and positively. My main issue with the UI is that it is not Palm-friendly, i.e. if you switch to another app you are automatically kicked out of the game and have to start over at a new table. (You do get to keep your money between sessions, though.) I'd also like to see more racial diversity in the characters, to reflect today's reality in the poker world.

This is pretty clearly a "work in progress" and within an hour I had found and reported a bug that caused my character to fold his hand without being told to. But you can buy with assurance that improvements are being made, and the app is already stable enough in single-player mode (I haven't tried multiplayer) to provide hours of fun.

I purchased the game and found a number of bugs and thought I had made a mistake with my purchase. I emailed the developer and received a very quick response. They brought me up to date on where they were with my concerns (I am sure that others had the same problems) and when they thought they would have the bugs fixed. As far as I can tell now, all have been fixed.

This is an excellent game. The developers listens and respond very well. The screen quality is excellent and the play speed can be set. Well worth the money.

This is an update to my last review. I must whole heartedly commend the developers for their excellent customer support and continued dedication for improving their game based on players' comments. They set the standard in customer driven development. Although it is impossible to please everyone (such as myself), they make a real effort to do so. After spending several hours playing the game, I got used to it's game play and can upgrade it's score to 4 stars. But considering the developers' commitment to its players, they deserve 6 stars. I now believe that the $14.99 spent on this game was a great investment. Thank you RealDice!

Great game, fantastic support.
I had a problem with the game at first, but the developers got back to me the next day and resolved it. That is a rare in this business.
I've also been playing online with my Treo and it is a lot of fun, especially knowing I'm up against real people and not just another computer. It really helps pass the time on that train ride home!
