I have been using Palm devices for more than 3 years and have to say this is still the best free hand writing tool on PalmOS. Wish the author had updated it or at least got it out of beta...

When reviewing the Handspring line of handhelds, one of the units I was interested in had DinkyPad installed on it, however the Visor Prism unit that I bought my wife for X-Mas did not have it installed. Prior to making my purchase I asked about the D-Pad utility, as I was very impressed with it. The Comp USA salesman assured me I could get it for off the net. Good enough for me, I thought. Now I find out that the Dinky Pad is not compatable with color handhelds. Unacceptable! I want one for my wife: what a great product. "Will work for Dinky Pad, please help, God Bless".

It's basically an electronic notepad! This should've came with the Palm Pilot already installed!

If one day you whiz by a sign while driving and you need to write down the phone number quickly. Dinky Pad lets you use realtime writing on a virtual pad (your Palm Pilot) and can quickly write down the number w/o tapping a bunch of buttons or icons. This is well worth a $5 donation.

It also allows you to doodle and create perfect squares and circles.
