CryptoPad features:

CryptoPad is a MemoPad replacement that uses the Blowfish encryption algorithm to allow for encryption of arbitrary length data with a password of up to 448 bits.

• Supports find operation
• Uses the built-in MemoPad database to store memos that are not encrypted
• Uses its own database to store encrypted memos for protection.

  CryptoPad includes also specific functions :

  1. Global Password: Users have the ability to define a global password available for encryption and decryption of memos in a given session.
  2. Hide/Show lines: It is now possible to hide or show lines in the edit view at will.
  3. Find support: CryptoPad supports the find operation. Encrypted memos are searched for when the global password has been set in a given session.

  CryptoPad desktop

  A CryptoPad desktop is now available and allows you to read your crypted memo directly on PC !

  French, English, Spanish, Deutsch and Turkish versions available.

  If you are running PalmOS3.1 or above, take a look at CryptoPad v. 3.x with many others features.

  • Fixed a bug that did not display the last visible memo on the main form in a encrypted category.
  • Fixed a bug that did not scroll the first time when trying to scroll down of one line when in a new category (when you switch of category, you had to scroll down twice the first time to effectively scroll down of one line).

    Change the display update when entering and exiting a memo (cf v. 3.54 explanation in the Changelogs).
